Warranty
Your discounted grandfather clock, cuckoo clock, or etched glass clock has a one year warranty. Also, the etched glass images are guaranteed for the life of the glass never to fade or rub off. Please note that this lifetime guarantee does not apply to broken glass. If you have a problem with your clock, just contact us, and if it is defective, we will repair or replace it.

Shipping and Handling
We believe in keeping things simple and easy, so we charge a set rate of only $59.95 per grandfather clock and $19.95 per cuckoo clock and $19.95 per etched glass clock to any destination in the 48 Continental US states via UPS Ground.

Our mailing address is in Hopkinsville, KY and the warehouses are located about 8 miles south of Murray, KY and in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Every grandfather clock and cuckoo clock is tested before it leaves the warehouse.

Your grandfather clock, cuckoo clock, or etched glass clock will be shipped within two business days unless it is a holiday or weekend. Then, depending on where you live, it will take 1 to 5 business days for delivery. This will all depend on how far your location is from the warehouse.

Assembly of a Grandfather Clock
The only tool needed is a philips screwdriver to insert 8 machine screws. It will not take you more than 10 minutes from start to finish. There are excellent instructions, and if you have any problem or questions, our telephone number is listed on the bottom of each page of this website and on the "contact us" page of our site. We will be glad to assist. The clocks are packed this way for safe shipment, and so we can have them delivered by UPS Ground instead of a freight truck that would cost several hundred dollars for delivery. There is nothing technical about the assembly and set up. All technical parts pertaining to the clock head and clock movement are pre-assembled and require no further attention.

Return Policy
Due to the nature of this product, it is very difficult and expensive to complete a return transaction. However, should your discounted grandfather clock (up to 75% discounts), cuckoo clock, or etched glass clock not be what you expected or not meet your needs, please call us within 7 days of receiving shipment and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us within 15 days of having received shipment. We charge no restocking fees. We only ask that the customer be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling the product to the customer and the customer is responsible for the cost of return insured shipping. Please do not send any products back to the factory. An authorization number must be issued in order for us to accept a return. Give us a call as this only takes a few minutes. We ask that the products be in original, resellable condition and all of the original warranty cards, manuals and original packing be included. We will reserve time to inspect the returned clock to make sure that it is in resellable condition. All returns must be shipped "insured" for the purchase price of the selection.

In the unfortunate event that you receive your grandfather clock and it has been damaged in transit, you should contact us as soon as possible, and we will ask you some questions to find out what part is damaged. We will either send out a replacement part to you within two business days or, if it is not repairable, we will have your clock picked up and then send you a replacement. Because they are packed well, only 2% of our clocks arrive with shipping damage. This means that 98 out of 100 clocks arrive in perfect condition.

If your cuckoo clock or etched glass clock arrives damaged, let us know within 7 days of receipt of shipment and we will offer a return authorization where you may ship the selection back to us (at our expense) within 15 days of having received shipment and we will make arrangements for the replacement of your clock.
